Kaelie and Rolland had their first karate tournament today! It was a good experience for them both! Kaelie did really well. I was very proud of her, and she said she wasn't even that nervous :) She was a bit disappointed in not getting a medal this time around but that's life. We just tried to encourage her to keep on trying!
Rolland wasn't able to spar today, because he had surgery on his hand on Thursday. That disappointed him. BUT, he got third in the Kata.
