And that's saying it nicely.
Our fridge isn't very old.......maybe 5 yrs? And ever since we moved here, it freezes up prevents cold air from going to the fridge......so every once in a while we have to defrost our frost free fridge. It is soooo frustrating!!!
Any thoughts???

well, if it's any consolation, my freezer defrosts into my fridge...there's a piece missing or something, and it pees all over the fridge, filling the crisper drawers at the bottom. I have to mop it out...but I decided to get smarter than the fridge & put a container underneath the pee hole...can't help you with yours though ;-(
is the floor uneven??
